S450C Programmable Logic Controller (Smart Builder)
The Programmable Logic Controller is an industrial instrument with 16 inputs and 12 outputs. The equipment is arranged on a rail and can be used as a standalone PLC trainer. It can also be used with the SIP403 Electrical Machines and Control Circuits trainer or the SIP405 Programmable Controller Applications trainer. The equipment interfaces with a PC, thus enabling ladder logic diagrams to be designed on the computer and downloaded into the PLC in real time or at a later date. The course stresses the development of Ladder Logic Control Circuits using solid-state elements within the PLC. Cables are provided for interfacing with the SIP403 Electrical Machines and Control Circuits or the SIP405 Programmable Controller Application trainers. The course provides for approximately 40 hours of instruction.
