DELIVERY 
Orders are processed promptly.  Materials may be out-of-stock from supplier and delays are unavoidable. Please indicate if partial shipment is acceptable.

WARRANTY 
 We warrant all materials to be free from defects.  We will replace, without charge, any defective materials reported and returned by the client within 30 days after delivery.

PRICE  VALIDITY 
 Prices are subject to change without notice after  validity of proforma invoices.  Availability of goods is subject to supply at time order is processed.

CANCELLATION 
Orders received in writing or by FAX are considered firm orders and are not subject to cancellation by the client.
