MED-TECH - MT200

Medical Technology Training

MED-TECH is a comprehensive health occupations laboratory.  It features instrumentation that enables the student to conduct hands-on measurements such as ECG's, EEG's, muscle potential, emotional response, audiograms and voice prints.  Students explore scientific methods and the principles of wellness.

MED-TECH is a core health occupations course that integrates health, science, math and technology.  Step-by-step instructions are provided for self-paced student activities.  Extensive multimedia support is provided by selected CD-rom and video modules.  A two person workstation with complete instrument storage is available.  MED-TECH is the only program of its kind in the nation that supports school-to-work health care training.
